The intellectual property rights to Blaqbonez’s diss track, ‘ACL,’ now reportedly belong to Odumodublvck following an alleged $300 transaction. This rights transfer has resulted in the original record being pulled from major streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.

Blaqbonez has responded with the release of No Excuses (Deluxe) on April 17, 2026, via Chocolate City Music. The expanded project brings the album to 20 tracks, adding three new songs including “ACL V2.0” (track 4), delivered over a fresh beat with updated verses. The original “ACL” from the 2025 album remains unavailable on major platforms, while “ACL V2.0” is fully available and streaming well.

The deluxe edition features additional cuts, including:
– “HUSTLE KPA $$$” (feat. Artsalghul)
– “Fine Shyt” (feat. Tml Vibez)
–  Work in the Morning

On the same day, Blaqbonez shared the original ‘ACL’ vocals and announced a $2,000 prize for the best producer remake. The challenge, which runs for two weeks, requires producers to use the vocal stems provided via an Untitled.stream link. The contest has already generated significant buzz, with multiple fan and producer submissions surfacing across social media.

The tension between the two artists dates back to Odumodublvck’s August 2025 freestyle “2:02PM In London”, which included the viral “If you like gym” hook. That freestyle later formed the basis for the official track “IF YOU LIKE GYM” (feat. Modenine) on Odumodublvck’s October 2025 album INDUSTRY MACHINE. Blaqbonez replied on his original No Excuses project with the first version of “ACL”, which uses the ACL theme as a metaphor to call out industry power plays, clout‑chasing and personal jabs.

Odumodublvck has since clarified that he did not personally orchestrate the takedown of the original track. In an X Space hosted by Afrobeats To The World  on April 17, he stated it was a procedural outcome tied to the rights transfer exercised by the producer, describing his earlier social media comments as harmless trolling amid their ongoing scores to settle. He explicitly denied claims that he or his label single-handedly pulled the song.

No further escalations have been reported since the deluxe release. The Nigerian rap scene continues to follow the exchange closely.
