Nigerian rap icon Ice Prince Zamani has officially signaled his return to the forefront of the music scene. On March 24, 2026, coinciding with the celebratory end of Ramadan, the artist took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce his fifth studio album, titled TOG (Testimony of Grace).

Scheduled for a May 2026 release, the project marks another milestone in a career that has now spanned over 15 years.

The announcement was accompanied by a 76-second teaser video featuring a probable visualizer for one of the album’s tracks. The snippet provides a raw, introspective look at Ice Prince’s journey, blending his signature flow with deeply personal storytelling.

Key Lyrics from the Preview:

“My status quo was high rated / Came into the game when all the albums were pirated”

“No penitentiaries I’ve been there and I don’t wish it for my fucking enemies”

“Wake up and say a prayer, read a book and take a walk / I could tell you ’bout my 48 laws but that’s enough”

The preview lyrics suggest that TOG will be Ice Prince’s most autobiographical work to date.

A 15-Year Legacy: The Discography

TOG follows a decade and a half of hits and influential projects that helped shape the modern sound of African Hip-Hop:
