Clement Chuks Simon a.k.a “Simon Sniper”,  borrn and raised in the city of Abuja. Simon acquired his first degree from the University of Port Harcourt Nigeria, where he studied political Science and is also an M.Sc holder in Business Management from the University of Plymouth.
