Talented Rapper/Dancer Ceeboi is someone I am well familiar with as a result of his appearance on Jahbless album I am Me which was released earlier this year. He went on to drop his own singles, and today delivers his first body of work, an 8-track EP titled Capital Budget, It’s a testimony to how far he has come and an indication of how far he is willing to go, check it out below and stream it in its entirety.
