South African rap star Cassper Nyovest is starting the month off with a video for his single Gets Getsa, which was inspired by and pays homage to South African Kwaito legend Doc Shebeleza, whom he had previously demonstrated his reverence for by including an eponymous track dedicated to him on his debut album Refilhoe.
The video was shot and directed by Nate Thomas and serves as an authentic visualization of the rich contemporary fashion, dance moves and gives off that raw, undiluted Jozi energy, check it out below.
