Augustino Davis (born 04 August 1992) known by his stage name Agogo is a Hip Hop recording artist, a writer and a producer from Tanzania. Born in Morogoro although grew up in Dar Es Salaam. He is best known for his song ‘Chalii Wa Kitaa’ which he produced, mixed and mastered himself using his headphones and a laptop. He is among many up and coming recording artists coming out of Tanzania but has a unique distinctive sound that will stand him out from a crowd. His ability to mix both Swahili and English and having crazy flows. Mostly influenced by old school Hiphop from Tanzanian artists like Prof Jay, Saigon, Solo Thang and Sugu and also influenced by worldwide artists such as NWA, Run DMC, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, J Cole, Drake and many others.
