Last year, young rapper EM.A made his debut on NS with a song called Before Black Turns Grey, and the track was good enough to get him on my radar.Today he re-appears with a new single which he calls Mandate. It was performed over an uptempo club-like beat, but EM.A kept his lyrics hard and concise, this is another solid showing by the young rapper , check it out.
