Sheliroy aka The Living Dragon is a pop act who is signed to Over The Top Entertainment, a record label which is owned by the talented brothers Skuki, and he made his debut on NS in June last year with Aye Mi a song I thought was quite solid and also had a video to go with it. Today he returns with a follow up song, his first of the year titled Shumpey, while I won’t say it is better than the first, it is a befitting second single , check it out below.
