M-Josh is a highly talented Nigerian musician, satirist, social commentator and activist, who has been active in the music industry for over a decade and has grown to become a highly recognizable name in the eastern part of Nigeria. Over the past 5 years, he has however taken upon a more socio-politically conscious stance in his music and has been creating audio and visual resistance to the corrupt, inept and ruinous government of the day in Nigeria.
Today, he releases a video for his single titled Aburi Accord, on which he continues down the conscious lane. The track is named after the famous agreement that was reached in Ghana between the Nigerian and Biafran government which was reneged on and eventually led to the destructive and catastrophic Biafran War.
It’s an educative and insightful video that can be enjoyed below.
