Nigerian rapper, Folarun Falana aka Falz has written to the Comptroller General, Nigeria Immigration Service concerning the punitive measures meted out to the five immigration female officers involved in a viral #BopDaddyChallenge clip on social media.
Weeks ago, a video went viral of five ladies taking turns to change from their immigration uniforms to casual wears, in style with the requirements of the Bop Daddy Challenge. The ladies were reprimanded by the federal organisation, on bases of gross misconduct, immoral behaviour and likes.
Falz took it upon himself to stand in for the officers, reaching out to the CG, asking for the review of the punishment meted out to the ladies.
The five officers have been drafted for immediate postings to remote parts of the country. Falz in his letter to the Comptroller-General requesting for a review of the posting, on legal grounds — citing the Nigerian constitution.
