The previous year (2018), Pardon C was widely celebrated by his international and Nigerian fans after releasing the music video of his acclaimed single, ‘Eyes Don See’ that connects with his home country – Nigeria.

‘Fire Lady’, a glorification song for all striving to contribute their own quota to making the world a better place, using women as a symbol of admiration, which all men desire to have in their life. The track was produced by Stnna Beat, mixed and mastered by Biano, video directed by TCO Videos.

Speaking about the track, ‘Fire Lady’ and why he has decided to drop it when the country is preparing for elections, Pardon C told his publicist and media head, Adeyinka Oluwamayowa, that:

“I’m not being insensitive to my country, I know the political pressure on Nigerians is much, especially now that the elections are around the corner – in a matter of weeks, the presidential election will take place, that’s why I’ve intentionally released ‘Fire Lady’ for Nigerians to ease the political tension before the election proper,” he said.

He also added that, “I’ve been addressing political and social issues with my songs over the years, in fact, ‘Eyes Don See’ video that was released in 2018 addressed all of these, but the truth is we need to calm down, think rightly so as not to choose the wrong leaders.”

‘Fire Lady’ is my very first song this year and I want Nigerians to know this will be a great year for all of us, this trying time we are currently going through will pass and we’ll be happy again,” the ‘Mama’ crooner stated.

The applauded music video of ‘Eyes Don See’ by Pardon C, released two days to the 2018 Independence Day celebration of his beloved nation, is a wake-up call to the Federal government of Nigeria, beseeching the higher authorities to put an end to poverty and suffering the masses are going through, by providing necessary amenities to enhance easy life.

Pardon C also advised Nigerians to vote their candidates without any sentiment and ensure they’re credible and worthy people who will coordinate the affairs of the country positively for another four years.
